Chrysocolla

Chrysocolla is a blue and green colored stone with some brown streaks. It is found in Chile, Peru, Mexico, Russia and Nevada. It is sometimes mistaken for turquoise. It has a hardness of 2 - 4 and is set in sterling silver.
